Common: "Sweet"

More new material from Common. Despite the name, this track is anything but sweet. Produced by No ID, who handled every song on his upcoming album, The Dreamer, The Believer.

Jay-Z: "D.O.A. (Death of Autotune)" (Video)

Kanye and No ID on the boards, handling bidness. Tons of cameos in this one — keep your eyes peeled.

Jay-Z: "Death of Autotune" (Prod. No I.D.) (CDQ)

I'm posting again because I spotted the CD-quality version of Jigga's new track at Andrew's spot — the man's got a connect somewhere. He also claims that No I.D. is actually the only producer on the track, not him and Kanye. I also read that this is just a street single — the song will be reworked for the Blueprint 3 version.

Jay-Z: "Death of Autotune" (Prod. Kanye West & No I.D.)

The song of the day finally makes its way to the internet. Jay's newest track, presumably from his upcoming Blueprint 3, was just played on Hot97 just moments ago, and EVERYONE came through with a radio rip. Even though it's a Hov song, I figure if Kanye and No I.D. produce a song together, then it merits a post on Midwest Broadcast.

Update: Love the song. Hov is good but not great, beat is spectacular. The only thing I don't get is how Jigga can shout out Funk Flex, Mr. Cee, and Hot 97 so many times in one song and it can still be an album track. We'll see if this version makes the album. All I know if this beat is insane. Kanye and No I.D. producing an entire album together > (insert anything here).

Mikkey Halsted: "Just Juke ft. GLC" (Prod. No I.D.)

Andrew is an (internet) beast. Nuff said. This man stays releasing dope new Chicago artists' material, and if you're not checking FSD regularly, you are definitely slacking. This gem right here is the first leak that will be appearing on a collaboration mixtape between FSD and Timbuck2, which, according to Andrew, will be coming very soon. He's got plenty more heat coming for the rest of the tape, so keep on checking for when that drops.
