Quadir Lateef: "Maghrib ft. Brother Ali & Amir Sulaiman" (Prod. Green Lantern)

I first heard of Quadir Lateef (website // Twitter) sometime in the Fall of last year when Brother Ali wrote on Twitter about his "Corner Store Confession" video (watch it after the jump). The Minneapolis rapper's lyrical content is full of complex worldplay and has a pervading focus on social justice. He has continued to use the momentum generated from Ali's approval in his favor; they recently collaborated on "Maghrib" (also featuring Amir Sulaiman) which was produced by Green Lantern and recently made available by Quadir Lateef for free download. If you like the song, try investigating Lateef's 2011 album Half Earth Half Angel.
