Dessa: "Dixon's Girl" + 'A Badly Broken Code' Preorder

Here is Dessa' fantastic lead single, "Dixon's Girl," from her upcoming solo LP, A Badly Broken Code. The album is available for preorder right now at Doomtree's website. If you order it, you not only will get the album by January 19, but also gain access to some exclusive and exciting bonus material:

A Badly Broken Code is the long-awaited full-length album from Dessa. The disc features production from Paper Tiger, Lazerbeak, Cecil Otter, MK Larada, and Big Jess. Damn, wait until you'll hear this album. I got the preorder today and it's ridiculous. There is no MC on the planet with lyrics as complex as this. If you just briefly listen to this album you might say, it's not that complex. Really? Did you actually listen to this thing? I've never heard another hip hop of any generation with the allegorical complexity of this album. This is really an album for geeks like me who are fairly smart. The subtle, and not so subtle, complexities of this album will be wasted on lesser men.
