Saturday night at the Triple Rock Social Club Jordan Looney will headline Pink_A_Palooza. The night will feature rappers/bands from the Twin Cities and Chicago, and there will be plenty of free giveaways to supplement the music. I'd go if I weren't out of town. You should attend too.
Chicago rappers Mo Greene and Jordan Looney recently hit the studio to put down a remix to Jay and Ye's single. Jordan Looney's final installment of his Nerd-Hop series should be coming down to pipeline soon.
Jordan Looney put out a Valentine's Day Survival Kit, and I was so caught up in all the pomp and circumstance that I neglected to notice. Now that I'm back trolling the Interweb, I might as well post it up a day late, because it's got two new tracks, "Fish In The Sea" and "3 Ways".
Jordan Looney has the final installment of his Nerd-Hop series approaching. He's also been putting in plenty of studio time in both Minneapolis and Chicago with some good local artists, so be on the lookout for his next moves.

First new single from Jordan Looney's upcoming Nerd-Hop, Vol.3: Side B. "We're Here" features Looney spitting some braggadocio over a funky double-time break beat that gets extra lively when the horns kick in. Expect more of the same from his upcoming mixtape. 
Jordan Looney's Nerd-Hop, Vol. 3 will be released on May 10. Here's a new single from that project. Looney truly stepped his game up with this release. Production is much more polished (this particular song was done by New York producer L.HO), and his songwriting has improved. The rapper has built a solid fan base from the ground up, and is someone to look out for in the future.
