Here is the debut full-length album from self-proclaimed Minneapolis transgender activist and queer/trans social justice oriented hip-hop artist Heidi Barton Stink. The album was produced entirely by See More Perspective and features a guest spot from Guante. Since I've been away from the Internet for the past week or so, I haven't had the chance to listen to it yet, but I've heard positive remarks from several different sources so it should definitely be worth checking out.
